The second phase of the popular Cherry Blossom Hill development in Bridlington has gone on general release.
Fourteen new homes are available to buy at the exciting scheme on Pinfold Lane and offer a choice of 2 bedroom semi-detached, 3 and 4 bedroom detached and 2 bedroom semi-detached bungalows. Prices start from £145,000.
The launch of the second phase follows the success of the first release in which all 19 plots were reserved off-plan.
Andrew Bowes of developer North Bar Homes said: “We are excited to be launching phase two and are confident it will prove as popular as the initial release. The feedback we have received to date has been nothing but positive which is a clear endorsement of the quality of homes we are building.
“People have obviously done their homework and realised that the overall specification which includes branded appliances and carpets and floor coverings throughout means they are getting far more for their money, compared to similar schemes in the area.”
The specification also includes fully turfed front and rear gardens, electric charging point and fibre optic broadband cabling. Legal fees will also be paid (subject to terms and conditions).
The site is less than two miles from the sea and just minutes from the Old Town and will appeal to a range of buyers from first timers to aspiring professionals, as well as those looking to retire to the coast or purchase a holiday home.
Meanwhile, families with children will appreciate the proximity to the local junior school which is in walking distance.
Nina Baxter-Fairburn of selling agent William H Brown added: “If the first release is anything to go by potential buyers will need to be quick off the mark in order to secure one of these fabulous new homes.”
