Developer North Bar Homes says it is ‘delighted’ with the number of reservations that have already taken at its Cherry Blossom Hill development in Bridlington.
Since officially launching the site at the start of June, 50 per cent (nine) of the 18 new build properties available in the first release have already been reserved.
Andrew Bowes of North Bar Homes said: “The response has been exceptional and we are delighted to have secured so many reservations in such a short space of time. We also have a very healthy number of potential buyers in the pipeline.”
The site on Pinfold Lane, less than two miles from the sea front, comprises a number of different home styles which will appeal to a range of buyers, from first timers to families and aspiring professionals. Reservations have also been taken from buyers outside the area who either are looking to retire to the coast or purchase a holiday home.
The home styles include; The Apple Blossom, a two bed semi-detached (£135,000), The Pear Blossom, a three bed semi-detached (from £170,000) and The Almond Blossom, a two bed semi-detached bungalow (£175,000). Meanwhile, the three bed detached Peach Blossoms (£205,000) and the four bed detached Apricot Blossoms (£240,000) available in the first release are all reserved.
The exceptional specification includes branded appliances, carpets and floor coverings throughout, fully turfed front and rear garden, electric charging point to every home and fibre optic broadband cabling. Legal fees will also be paid (subject to terms and conditions).
Mr Bowes commented: “We have extensive experience in building new homes which offer great value for money along with the peace of mind which comes from buying form an established developer with a proven track record.”
Nina Baxter-Fairburn of selling agent William H Brown added: “The phones have not stopped ringing since we started taking reservations. It is clear that the quality of the homes coupled with a great location is a winning combination.”
